Agreement to Terms

All content and materials on the Site, including software, prompts, documentation, logos, and related content (the "Content"), are owned by PromptCraft Lab LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PromptCraft Lab LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Site, and you grant PromptCraft Lab LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute such content as necessary to provide the Service. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROMPTCRAFT LAB LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE SIXTY (60) DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. PROMPTCRAFT LAB LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR. THE USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to resolve any claims in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waive any objections to venue.

Changes to Terms

PromptCraft Lab LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on promptcraftinglab.com and, where feasible, provide notice of changes by email or within the Site. Continued use of the Site or continuation of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site and services.
